Anh Huynh
Administrative Coordinator
Anh (she/her) serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the BRACH, where she provides essential operational and administrative support to advance the organization’s mission of preventing and ending homelessness in the region. In this role, she helps coordinate internal processes, supports cross-team collaboration, and ensures the day-to-day functions of the organization run smoothly and efficiently.
Anh holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. She plays a key role in helping BRACH operate with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

Sauda Mensah
Outreach Coordinator
Sauda has a passion for helping people. She brings over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, and housing people experiencing homelessness. Sauda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from California State University Dominguez Hills and is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. She thrives to make a difference, build relationships, and connect people experiencing homelessness to supportive resources in the community.

Shayla Washington
Executive Director
Shayla (she/her) is the Executive Director of BRACH, where she leads with compassion, strategy, and a deep commitment to social impact. Shayla has 15+ years of non-profit and human services experience and has worked in direct homeless services and local government. With a Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University, Shayla brings both heart and insight to her work, along with her lived expertise.
Driven by a passion for serving unhoused populations, she focuses on connecting individuals to the resources they need to thrive—while using data to tell the powerful stories behind the numbers. Her approach blends empathy, collaboration, and evidence, helping shape programs that make a lasting difference.
